Wise up to Watercourses:
Are you a Riparian Landowner? This poster explains the boundaries.
The following article gives a briefing from the Environment Agency on the roles and responsibilities for watercourses.
If you have a watercourse passing over or next to your land you should be aware of your responsibilities.
We also have available a document giving more detail on your rights and responsibilities called "Living on the edge".
If you would like a copy please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we shall send one to you.
