Please note: due to the current HM government's measures for Covid-19, the Parish Council will meet virtually via Zoom.


To all members of Breamore parish Council. You are hereby summoned to a Parish Council Meeting on: Monday 8th March 2021 @ 7.30pm.


AGENDA


1. Attendance Register and Apologies for absence: To complete Attendance Register and receive apologies for absence.


2. Declarations of Interest: Councillors are invited to declare any relevant interests at this point or at any point during the meeting


3. Minutes of previous meetings: To confirm and approve the accuracy of the draft minutes of the Ordinary Meeting held on Monday 11th January 2021 and the Special Meeting held on 1st February 2021.


4: Matters arising from previous minutes not appearing as agenda items: To include updates in relation to previous minutes:


    a. Speeding and safety on the A338.

    b. Railings before Mill Bridge.

    c. Stocks.


5. Public Participation: Informal time for parishioners' issues to be raised.


6. County and District Councillor: Report to be given by County and District Councillor.


7. Financial Report:

 a. Current Balance: See interim financial report previously circulated to councillors.

 b.  Expenditure: Invoices received since last meeting to be approved and cheques agreed to be      signed.

9. Roads and Ditches:

   a. To receive, update and consider any new concerns.


10. Hedges and Footpaths:

     a. To receive, update and consider any new concerns.

         (i). Concerns have been raised over dog fouling on the footpaths crossing the Marsh.


11. Parish Lengthsman:

a. To receive updates following visits on Friday 26th February 2021 and March 1st 2021.   

b. To consider new jobs.


12. Repairs to Bus Shelter following accident on 07/12/2018: To receive update.


13. Correspondence: Some correspondence has been forwarded to Councillors prior to meeting,


14. Reports of Parish Council Representatives: To receive reports from members as follows:


     a. Hulse Hall.

     b. Police Liaison.

     c. NF Consultative Panel.

     d. NW Quadrant Meeting.

     e. AONB.

     f. NFAFLC.

     g. Rook, Dodington and Johnson Charities.

     h. Flood Warden Report.


15. Appointment of the new Clerk:

a. To confirm appointment of the new Clerk.

b. To consider and approve arrangements for new clerk which is to include IT provision and training.
